To be honest i'm getting fed up with Levy and his crazy antics every window. What planet is this guy on? Where he thinks waiting until the last day of the window is the way to go about our transfers. He never learns and we are left short every single summer. No excuse whhatsoever this time as every other team are improving apart from us. If anyhting we are getting weaker with that ridiculous sub bench we have had in the 1st 3 games. Selling experienced players and expecting the likes of Onamah and Winks to help us in the CL.........Spurs logic

There's a great post on SC regarding the Isco rumours. And it's actually from the forum administrator, A&C. Usually as pro-Levy as they come. In fact it's so good, I'll quote it word for word

"You're probably right about us not signing him but I disagree on one point. We're a very big draw. We should stop selling ourselves short, we're one of the biggest clubs in Europe. We should maybe sometimes act like it"
 
The bells will be ringing in the closure of transfer deadline day in just over 36hrs as that window slams shut until 1st Jan 2017.

For fuck sake the way some people are melting on here, with a number of squad players being sold off is laughable. At the beginning of the window a lot of people had the likes of Carroll, Mason, Chadli, Yedlin even Bentaleb down for going. Now that three of those have gone some have gone into transfer meltdown. We signed cover in Janssen and Wanyama, both have looked pretty good. More likely to have an impact than those being sold off. N'Koudou is more or less being held captive in Hotspur Way and likely to be allowed to play soon. None of our starting 11 have left or asked to leave that is the most important thing as they will be the ones starting most of our games. Pochettino wants to give our youth a chance and the way is a lot clearer for some now that the likes of Mason, Yedlin and Bentaleb have been moved on.

I agree Chadli going was a bit strange, however does that mean Son will be getting more time, I saw him and Chadli fighting for one spot last season.

There's one big assumption there, that we're waiting til the end of the window to sign someone.

He may have learned his lesson. I won't hold my breath for any signings tomorrow (except that French chap who's training with us already) let's put it that way.
