The deal was done ages ago I suspect and they're just delaying announcement.
Why else would he be allowed to paint us all over his social media. If the deal wasn't done he's burnt his bridges with his old club.
I'd have taken Brahimi at that price. Low centre of gravity, creative, can score goals. A bit like Mahrez really, who we'd all love in our team I reckon.
