And that’s your opinion not a fact.

You think it’s logical to say that because Harry Kane made it, Sessengon will.
Beyond pathetic reasoning.

My logic is that I think he’s crap and I don’t care if he’s 18 and crap or 25 and crap.
I want better than what we have.....I don’t want signings that might be ok in 4 years.

If thats the remit then i'm cool with it (even if like you i'm not impressed with the individual; the staff will be more clued up than i), but if it's at the expense of our fundamental needs then absolutely not cos he isn't good enough at either LB or LW for now.....

This is not to say i don't support a progressive recruitment/development system, quite the opposite, just that somehow this window we need to get from 'Hmmm.... X is good enough for the bench but not to start in the EPL' level of depth to a state where our core 20 or so players don't cause concerns regarding our overall performance levels if any are rotated in for PL purposes.... Otherwise, CL is gonna routinely kill our league form.

If that can happen via upgrading 1 or 2 of the starting XI, rather than purchasing primarily with the bench in mind then more power to DL&MP.

One things for sure things become a lot more manageable if we don't have to piss about replacing CE & TA.

Pretty sure the plan wasn't to be stuck with players we can't even register for our CL squad because we have a squad bloated full of non HG players, we've paid millions for, and are paying millions in wages that we can't sell?

Because that's the reason we didn't buy anyone last summer, not because we planned not to.
Our players we didn't sell we're not exactly stuck with. I wouldn't say they are overpaid in footballer terms, Jansen £25k pw, GKN £20k pw, Tripps £40k pw, Rose £60k pw, Davies £60k pw, Aurier £70k pw, Dier £60k pw, Lamela £80k pw, Onomah £25k pw, CCV £20k pw,

Many, many clubs not just in UK but across Europe can afford these wages or even more.

Indeed. Vic & Lamela are the trickiest because of long-term physical fitness, but - as per this context - you can't legislate for that; it's not a strategic failure.

It's weird. You said you were vindicated last summer, then last winter by Poch's words. Now you're agreeing you are finally vindicated now.

Nice you're admitting you were chatting fraff last few windows.

Now the income is facing a massive spike, here comes the spending. As we've told you for four years.
It's like we have had a plan all along.
I mean it's like a few of us saw it and communicated it, didn't we? Or was it a dream.
Cunt(s) has/have no shame.
Interesting that now Poch has put his balls on the table and unequivocally called for a change in approach, the LPM crew's main protagonists are suddenly shitting their pants at being exposed as the fantasists they really are.
How they'll squirm and backtrack if another disappointing window transpires.

"Being brave meant spend nothing" they blabbered.

I wonder how they'll twist Poch's recent comments as the Summer plays out?

Watch this space, folks.

Not cryptic to me, mate.
Without uttering the words " Get your fucking hands out your pockets and give me some fucking help " I don't see how he could have made himself any clearer, tbh.

Yeah, it's funny, because Poch is kind of an eccentric guy with a somewhat adventurous grasp of the English language, he seems to always leave some door open for people who are determined to see him as their profit-humping savior.

But he's consistently been begging for transfer funds for two years now.

But you said he put his balls on the table last summer?

Then September.

Then October.

Then January.

You said that Poch saying he was happy 5 times was lies and that you were worried he'd go to United.

Who's twisting?

You said we couldn't progress without signings.

We're in the CL semi-final without them.

You were wrong.

The guy that said Saido Berahino would improve us and that no stadium was being built calling others fantasists is a hoot.

Do you know you've claimed that every Poch word uttered in the past 3 years has backed you up.

Dat confirmation bias doe.

We had something similar before with baldini look how that turned out the club can employ as many individuals as it wants but bottom line is that if levy doesn't want to spend then deals break down.

It goes back way further than that. It started with Frank Arnesen and Jacques Santini.

For 15 years now, we've always been better off with just Levy and the manager, and anytime a prominent DoF-type figure has been added it's been an unstable equilibrium that ended in someone leaving in acrimony.

So did you manage to dig out any quotes of myself, SchmoodSpur SchmoodSpur or ANYONE saying "I don't want signings this summer", fraud-boy?

.....Or are you just moving onto your next layer of spin, lies, question-dodging and bullshit?

Yes he did.
And was given fuck all support despite all his pleading.

And against all the odds, and despite our regression in the league and stuttering, fatigue laden end of season run in, he's somehow managed to drag his overworked, financially neglected squad to a champions league semi.

Hero's the lot of 'em.

God, I love Poch. .. What a man!

We haven't progressed. This is a worse team than last year, which was worse than the year before.

....You see how this works?

The trouble is, one interpretation of the words is clearly right, and the other is clearly wrong.

"Be brave means don't sign anyone" was, frankly, a really embarrassing argument that was made on here. I don't remember by whom, but it happened.

Last year you were saying we needing to up our squad's contracts. 9 of them were. You're now claiming that's fuck all support.

You flip flop more than Donald Duck.

What did you predict for the season after no transfers in the summer btw?

Btw, like I had to explain to Honest John Honest John yesterday; 2 trf windows = 1 season = 1 year.

I assume that's just an oversight on your part rather than you being a falsifying WUM like he.
