How about Boubakary Soumare at Lille to solve our defensive mid issues. Anyone watched him? Contract until 2020 so will be a free transfer. Jose has taken Sacrementao from Lille who must know everything about Soumare, Jose himself was a visitor to Lille home games during his year off. Could be one to keep an eye on
 
We are not such a young team anymore so we will soon find out if this is a different Mourinho.

If he buys 28 plus year olds it's the old.

If it's potential winners at 25 plus then interesting.

Younger than 22 and he has been bodysnatched.
 
Fabio Coentrao will be a free agent in January, I don't know if he would be a good enough LB but Mourinho did play him quite a lot at Madrid.
 
Just throwing it out there, if you had to pick one option:

A) Lose Eriksen for free in the summer
B) Lose Eriksen in January (to Madrid) BUT we get Bale on loan for the remainder of the season for free

(No you may not make your own option C)

Did he play the game against Ajax? If so, did anyone see him?
 
Mourinho would run a 433 if we got Bale

Son - Kane - Bale
Ndombele - Winks - Dele
Rose - Jan - Toby - Aurier/Atal
Gazzaniga/Nubel

But with Davies injury and Aurier’s recent form LB could be a higher priority. I don’t know who’s out there though.

Great attack, hope they can score the 8 goals necessary each game with your choice of centre halves.
 
I'm still finding it bizarre that its almost December and we haven't seen 90 minutes in Spurs colours from either Lo Celso or Sesssegnon, 2 very highly regarded players but unfortunately injured so far...…. and we are almost into the next transfer window.
 
Think we are looking quite good. If we get a top DM in jan somehow thinks will be mustard, any ideas if there are any realistic players of decent quality who might come to us?
