Phillips could actually be a very smart choice. No way it would be that easy to get him though. He’s home grown as you say as well as being arguably Leeds’ best player so would cost much, much more than 10 million. He’s also a local Leeds lad so would probably be hesitant to leave them when they look like getting promoted.
