Inter chief admits “Vidal is important for us.”
Inter CEO for sport Beppe Marotta has revealed that transfer target Arturo Vidal of Barcelona is “important” for their project.

The Nerazzurri sit equal on points in the table with Juventus, and are challenging for the title, with both sides facing tough opponents this weekend in Atalanta and Roma respectively.

“Vidal depends on many factors,” Marotta admitted to Radio RAI. “He is an important player for us. The position of the Barcelona coach is at risk, if they change, I don’t know what could happen.

“Juve has the means and quality to finish in front of Inter. However we can win the Scudetto if Juve lose it.”

I don't have any evidence to back this up, but I feel as if this is just his agent hyping him up through the media.

"He won the Copa Libertadores, so now he should earn a fat paycheck. Oh look, even a big club like Tottenham want him, that must mean he's a top top player! Forget about his failed stint in Europe already, now he's a Copa Libertadores winner"

I wouldnt say he failed as much in that he was young. Badly advised most likely by a money hungry agent who wanted more money for his young client

He was one of the highest rated Brazilians coming through. If going back to Flamengo and improved his game, who gives a fuck about what he did at other clubs?

Indeed you are right on the age playing a huge factor. I just feel that at only 22 now, only half a year after returning from Italy, he probably didn't have enough time yet to mature/ become a different caliber of a player.

I would rather give him more time to develop than look at him now already

A lot media running with the same story. Where do we get any of this shit? Hercules?

Yeh, I'm sceptical about most (all) of it....

You honestly telling me you know enough about United's concerns to filter through the swathes of bullshit written about them?

A scary amount of peeps here can't even apply such a filter to us, let alone one of the most written about clubs in the world.
