I really like Diawara - we really missed a trick here, available for fucking peanuts in the summer.

I only caught a bit of the game, going to try and watch the rest tomorrow, completed the most passes on the pitch tonight 59/62 (96%), not bad for a DM/Cm playing in a double pivot against Juve.

Eriksen going to inter is such a sideways move. We could give him the Same wages. Inter are shit in Europe. Don’t understand
I hope I'm wrong but I'll be really surprised if he leaves this month.

From the club's perspective, obviously it's far better him leaving for something now, than nothing in 6 months. But from his perspective, he'd make a lot more money pulling off an Aaron Ramsey type deal and get himself a girthy signing-on fee/higher salary due to prospective clubs not having to pay a transfer fee.

And yeah. Inter aren't a step up. I just think he knows he's not getting his dream move to Madrid because he's turned shite and he thinks he's burned bridges with the fans and has no choice but to leave. Milan is a nice place. Weather is decent. Culture is alright. Maybe he likes pizza a lot. Standard in Serie A is well below Premier League (overall), so maybe he thinks he'll look a better player. Fuck knows.

He's on in footballing terms peanuts - if he moves now he probably picks up an extra 200k a week for 6 months that's 5 million in his pocket ... he wins either way.

If he stays he's going to have a very unpleasant six months, booed on the pitch or simply not playing ... best for all that he moves on now. Inter, Madrid pretty much anywhere but WHL.

Same, beyond me why Eriksen has ruined his career and legacy like this. Would've understood it if it was Real or Barca, but fucking Inter in what should be his peak years as a footballer? It's a joke

A step back?

In the last 10 years Inter have won Serie A, Coppa Italia (twice) and Champions League.

They have built a strong squad with the likes of Lukaku, Sanchez, Godin, Babosa and are probably more likely to win a trophy than Spurs.
