So you don't really believe that just because Spurs haven't won much that no-one that supports Spurs can act like a spoilt brat then? Good, because it was a pretty weak argument...

I take it you're suggesting I'm arrogant here, which is hilarious, because you're the one that seems to feel that we have some kind of divine right to win trophies, and the people who own the club should just fuck off because they haven't delivered them to you.
Where have I said we have a divine right to win anything? More lies.

It's less over sensitive, more boredom of hearing grown men stomp their feet and moan because football club hasn't won enough shiny trophies for them.
What's worse is grown men like Airfixx Airfixx stomping their feet and bawling like babies when anyone dares to criticise the extremely wealthy owners of our football club.

And how many times has his need to haggle cost us a player? Or caused a transfer to miss preseason and his whole 1st year goes to waste?

No one is saying don’t haggle at all. Levy just has to take it to the extreme every time. And other clubs know this and some just don’t want to deal with him.
Or how many times has levy tried to get too much money out of a sale so we miss out. Then they end up being sold for a lot less down the line or going for free.

We had a prosperous oppurtunity to sign Haaland before this window if we wanted to. Now he’s banging in goals for Dortmund after five minutes on the pitch. And we got no striker available.

"Play back-up to Kane? ....No thanks."

"Be the main-man at Dortmund instead? .....Yes please."

Makes you wonder why United, Juve etc. didn't manage to score him too...... Well some of us anyway.

We’re playing direct football with no one to hold it up up front. Lucas is very inconsistent, but we’re also asking him to do a job he’s limited at.

It's not my position... It's just the logical position of the striker(s) in question....

Why did he not back himself over Dybala & Ronaldo or Rashford & Martial either?
As you said, all those club have top strikers which would be a number in front of him in the que. Even when Harry was playing, we desperately needed someone to hold up the ball for him and play him through since Dele’s been shite most of the time this season. Haaland would be the perfect man for all those things.

I actually thing we’ve changed slightly. Up until about two games ago we were just hitting it long through Toby.

Now, we’re certainly trying to play it through midfield, only it’s very narrow - all through the middle. Watford were able to sit deep to remove all the space behind. As the game went on, they realised they were stronger and just started pushing us around.

In short, we don’t have much in the way of width and we’re easy to defend against. Ironically, we could have maybe tried going long a little more.

"Come to Spurs and play #10"

Serious gymnastics you're applying here now.....

We could play this game in light of a plethora of desirable players all night... Point is none of those players i listed are bonafide #9s (Ronaldo arguably) yet he didn't go to either club for whatever reason despite their reported interest.

Maybe there's another reason altogether that he chose BVB, but to suggest we we had a clear ("prosperous"?) path to signing him is rather selective.

Most pundits will cite the "who'd want to play back-up to Harry?" line, so it's not about me being obstinate here.

He chose the team that was the most suitable for his career path. Fair play to him.

I see Borussia Dortmund as a direct rival to us in terms of signing up the best talents. We’re very similar as clubs and should give the talents a decent chance to make them selves up.

Of course we would never know if we actually had a chance, but we should have been there in the race to give him an offer. It’s time for us to behave as a big club.
