This nonsense has got us to where we are now with many fans telling us we didn't need to recruit previously because who wants to play second fiddle to Kane, but what sort of big club attitude is that every club needs competition for places except us it seems.
These are the same people that want us to play parrot because it might save us a penny or two when clearly he isn't ready, unless this club starts to think and act big then we will always be second tier nobody's when you and I as fans pay top prices for an inferior product.

In what way do I have no desire and when have I said we don’t need to spend money?

I think we need at least one RB, a LB, a DM and a CF. Even after that I believe we can hugely improve on what’s then left, like Moura and our central defence.

And I’d love it if we bought top quality for each position, but also understand we aren’t financially capable of doing that yet.

I also believe that buying a player isn’t as easy as nipping down the corner shop for a pack of smokes (tired cliche I know).

Finally, just because someone posts a tweet on here saying we only bid £3m plus Onomah for Grealish, doesn’t mean im going to take that as gospel.

But all that being said, we do need to strengthen and I’ll be delighted when we add to the five players we have bought in the last six months.

Of course that might be the fault of the person who edited the video.

The stone-cold facts, as I might have said before, is that he is the highest scorer over the past three and a half years in a top-six Spanish team. He scores a goal every two games, more or less.

Yup, we signed the exact players we wanted in the summer.

They're still moaning.
 
If as a club you always play hardball. If as a club you believe one striker is enough to carry you through a season. If you know you are short of a DM and buy in the wrong positions.

I could go on but if any of the above of are true. They all are then once you lose your striker or are seen to be struggling in key positions you are on the back foot.

We never ever learn and I am just sick and tired of it and Mourinho either changes it or leaves within 12 months.

When will these clubs start acting like big clubs and land players like Ndombele and Lo Celso, two of the highest rated young midfielders in Europe?

It's almost as if negotiation tactics are a thing, and all clubs do it, and they walk away from deals when the price doesn't meet their valuation.
