Regardless of how the last two days go, I love that Jose is stamping his authority on this team and Levy is backing him.

If we get a striker, and just as importantly get rid of Danny Rose, I'm confident there'll be a big upswing in the closing bits of the season, and that Jose will sufficiently be backed in the summer.

Nah, I think it makes sense to bin Rose off now (and at least get some dosh for him).

Seems obvious that José isn't a fan.

You're not wrong.

From what I can gather Rose called the trainers at 9pm saying he is sick and won't be in the next day. Who then promptly called Jose.

Fast forward a bit.

Fast forward a little bit more and Steve Bruce is saying Rose is a class act.

Got to assume José not even being on the bench bodes well.

Haven't seen much of him but he looks a good target man and very decent back up to Kane. let's hope he comes and becomes our Rondon type

But two fullbacks off without replacement?

Bergwijn is a heck of a deal, but at a position of strength, while we're totally bereft of a striker, a worthwhile DM, and suddenly short of fullbacks.

And the Gedson deal, though benign, is truly inexplicable.
Left back: Davies is back in a short while, we have Jan and we have Sessegnon.
Right back: Aurier, Tanganga and Foyth. Tanganga can also play LB when called upon. Not to mention Mourinho rating Cirkin.

This rebuild was always going to be painful.
