Two days left to find Wanyama a club and to find a striker. Surely a club like us has that in them, especially the latter which is crucial. He doesn't even need to be that good just someone who can give us a little balance and hold up play if need be.

And that costs the combined loan fees of KWP and Rose to cover the loan fee of the guy coming in so we can have Levy’s favourite net spend window!

Oh get over yourself. In one regard, has anyone played for LeArse, Chelski, and Spurs - he’d probably be one of the most hated men in London, hate being a strong word. I bet he’s wanting to complete the trifecta and tbh, taking a step back, he could be a good bench player
Gallas is the only one I think. I don't think he's particularly hated is he? Although he did move to Australia after he left us...

:gallashmm:

My buddy that works at the telegraph recons Piatek to Spurs is deffo off and the move to Berlin is all but done. The usual Spurs ITK's seem to think he's coming to us.

Let's see who's got the best info :-)

Barca, United, Chelsea and Woolwich also sniffing around for quality striker options so it looks like deadline day could be a busy day at SSN HQ.

one good thing mate is Mourinho isn’t afraid to draft new players straight in. Pochettino would take a month to integrate a new player.
A month would be reasonable but the guy is on record saying it takes two years, and we’ve seen the evidence.
Players leaving without ever getting a shot at it despite favorites getting 90 minutes despite playing poorly.

Im so glad we are in a new era.

Feels like a proper rebuild is under way, after just three months. Two new in, three out, and two of those were unmotivated and bringing nothing to the team, yet were being treated like it was still 2016.

I know everyone keeps saying it but I cannot understand why we are letting shef u have a free run at Berge. Unforgivable not to fill the higgest hole in the squad.

Overall it's been a surprisingly productive window so far, can definitely see José's influence here which is fantastic.

BUT we've known about Harry's injury for the whole month, we're currently relying on a couple of misfiring wingers in Son & Moura to fill his boots - is Bergwijn really going to make the difference up top?

Mourinho has already said it's too early for Parrott to step up, no idea why people keep mentioning him - we desperately need a striker, WJ would be great but fuck it, I'd take Giroud on a short-term deal if it's literally him or no one.
