I think Ive been pretty clear about what I think. There were links to Utd and City for Walker way before February 2016, and he responded by signing a new contract, and tweeting "spurs forever". I think if he'd continued to be clear first choice there is a good chance he'd have stayed, and I definitely don't think he'd have spat his dummy out in March like he did.
