So you think he should sack Jose for getting knocked out of all bar one of them this season, not even getting to a QF first time in FIFTEEN years that's happened (apart from 15/16 but we were in a bonafide Title race then)?

Imagine he got pissed one night and phoned Ramos at 2am to tell him he expected a trophy, this is all it took. Shame he was pissed and forgotten all about the convo, why he sacked him for delivering the League Cup is anybody's guess, he's a Club Legend as all the fan chants about him testify.

Following season bottom with 2 points after 8 games might be the reason he was sacked

Did he last 12 months?

If the chairman has no expectation of trophies it hardly bodes well does it ?
It is something that many have suspected for a long time, on the other hand at least we won't get relegated.
I think levy needs to look at the pricing structure, because if he is not trophy driven that is fine but lower the prices, he can't expect to be this countrys most expensive club to watch and have no intention of winning anything.

He finished the previous season in 11th, with just 11 wins all season (with us having finished 5th the previous 2 seasons)!! Behind West Ham, not getting the magic safety of 40pts until 6 games remaining! Heady, glory days that the trophy hunters will tack back in an instant because this is what it's all about apparently.

I was hoping he’d kick on the following season after the league cup win but disappointed again!!

Although to be fair, he did get his pants pulled down with the sale of Robbie Keane AND Dimitar Berbatov in the same Summer transfer window. Only to be given the booby prize of Frazer Campbell.

On here it's called Backing the manager.

Yes another fuck up by ENIC almost on a par with The Sacking of Jol at half time by text, if that’s true!

:bmj:
But not quite!!

Yes much worse then than recently. Selling Keane and Berbatov was awful and at least we are not selling our best players now. Levy stopped that by offering longer contracts although that has the drawback of not being able to get rid of players that no longer perform.

will a bid for Kane come in ? who the fuck has 200 million now even 150 or a 100 , Harry is getting to the point where its now or never,
Who in their right mind would bid 200 million for a very injury prone player that they would be lucky to get 20 games out of. He is worth 60 million tops these days

TOTTENHAM supremo Daniel Levy has made it onto The Sunday Times Rich List for the first time owing to his monumental £329million fortune. Spurs owner Joe Lewis - who has a £113m superyacht with a full-size tennis court - remains the ultimate money man at the club with £3.99billion to his name.
