How can losing your best player be good for the club? Good for ENIC and Levy maybe but definitely not for the club.
Relax... No-one was arguing that we should sell Harry.

Son is as valuable as Kane IMO.
One of the best wing forwards in the world.

Ask them again then. I'm not inclined to spend 24 hours a day on here sweet.
Yeah but they ain't got our training ground & stadium.Real jealous of Chelsea consistently buying top quality players whilst we stand still. Ziyech and now Werner. We got no chance of overhauling them unless we improve our team.
Its a bit pointless comparing us with Chelsea. They regularly win trophies & actually go for them. Like you say, top 6 would be great considering what we put in.I think it's safe to assume that there will be next to no spending not for the first time, can't worry about Chelsea they stay amongst it by pulling off big deals and winning stuff on regular basis.
Unfortunately we are always cursed with one thing or another, I have stopped worrying about it nothing we can do about it, but if we can get top six then that can't be bad.
Eric Faria, a very reliable journalist, says Chelsea and Dortmund are the clubs going for him![]()

Still waitingArt Vandelay . But it's bedtime over here mate.
I've got work tomoz.
Maybe ask me some other time, yeh?
Yes I don't think when you have a sideboard over spilling with trophies, that you are too bothered about a training ground or stadium no matter how good they are.
This could blow up in their faces if we start the season in August behind closed doors.... Imagine 2 months of trf window whilst the season is already underway (+ any further turmoil caused by not being in line with the rest of Europe).... Shitfest.
They will win another 25 trophies before we win anything. Only the few brain-dead fuckwits on here will never get it.Real jealous of Chelsea consistently buying top quality players whilst we stand still. Ziyech and now Werner. We got no chance of overhauling them unless we improve our team.
Yes. Absolutely yes.
Or moral high ground, apparently.
If there is one place you can look to for morals, its football. Can't wait for the WC in Qatar!Or moral high ground, apparently.
Our fans don't, or at least shouldn't , aspire to their success.

No they wouldn'tYes. Absolutely yes.
Why wouldn't a football fan like to see thei club succesful.
A question for you ,friend. Do you think most Chelsea and City fans would rather be like us?
A simple yes or no.
Comparing us to Chelsea is needless. They are well ahead of us. Since we last won a trophy they have won 3 league titles, a Champions League, 2 Europa Leagues, 3 FA cups and a League cup. They are lightyears ahead of us.
We consider success as finishing in the top 4 and reaching a final, Chelsea sack managers the same season as winning the Europa League, winning the FA Cup or even winning the double.
Ambramovic is an owner who is willing to pump money into the club and isn't bothered by it. He spent £35m on Danny Drinkwater and didnt bat an eyelid. He'll happily go and spend £150-200m this summer and won't lose any sleep. He knows what means success, which is different to our owner and chairman.
We have a different model, and very much more buy young and sell for profit. Lewis isn't bothered. He owns the company, that owns the company that owns Tottenham..
And before anyone starts saying I'm pessimistic, I'm not. I'm a realist. I'm proud of my club, but I also want us to go to a new level, otherwise we'll end up going back way before we go forward.
