Yeah. He isn't annoyed at all with the likes of airfixx repeating himself & his levy is god stance. Wonder why?!
No 'we get it airfixx, levy is great' post.
Stop fluffing, Scott.....

But what transformed them was having the 2 best players in the world in the team, and another couple that were world class. They didn't compete to buy those players in a market, they were handed them in the draft and the players had no option to say no.We were talking during the 90s era. Was saying how a team transformed from being ultimate losers, to ultimate winners. Spurs can’t seem to grasp that as a club.
If only we had someone like Michael Edwards...If one out of three under-the-radar signings end up like Alphonso Davies, we are winning multiple titles and saving a lot of money in the process.
If you’re not Real Madrid or Barca, the only way to compete at the highest levels consistently is to have top notch scouts and to identify talent that others are slower to recognize. In a battle between Spurs and RM to sign a “can’t miss prospect,” we will never win.
He can’t be that bad surely? I find it hard to believe Pep Guardiola would once earnmark a player with Sissoko’s footballing ability as the new Busquets![]()
Nope. He was sold in the Summer of 2016, after Pep had left for City. Ancelotti was manager when he was sold.

Indeed. I do believe that Guardiola rated him very highly though, the fact he hasn’t quite lived up to the hype is unfortunate, but he must have had something about him.I stand very much corrected. To be fair, he did only play 289 minutes of Guardiola's first season, 286 of his second and then Guardiola shipped him out to Augsburg and Schalke on loan for the last 18 months of his time there though didn't he ?
A big appetite.Indeed. I do believe that Guardiola rated him very highly though, the fact he hasn’t quite lived up to the hype is unfortunate, but he must have had something about him.

Hmm I’m not sure about that.... for some reason I was under the impression that quote from him was in relation to Fernandinho, but I could be mistaken.I’m not so sure, Guardiola has form for waxing lyrical about players he doesn’t really rate at all. Wasnt there a story Honigstein tells about Pep saying about some player at Bayern “He’s brilliant, I wish I had 11 like him” before selling him the next window?
Phil Foden is the best player he has ever worked with. He said that, you know.Hmm I’m not sure about that.... for some reason I was under the impression that quote from him was in relation to Fernandinho, but I could be mistaken.

Newsflash - this is the new toiletSo i'll let you have the last word and we can meet up in the toilet.
Yes, because there is nearly 0% chance of getting Jordan and Pippen at the same time with arguably the best coach without spending gazillions of money. (in the EPL)

One thing I got from watching the documentary was Jordan’s mindset. He refused to accept anything but 100% and the best. Apparently Kane is like this but to find a player like him in football with his level of ability is very hard. But if we could find a few more players with the same mentality as Harry I believe we’d have much more of a chance of winning things. The bulls seemed to have that in Rodman too, I’m not sure about the rest of the side but some of the others must of been of the same mindset.
This is where proper scouting comes in. Liverpool seem to have done their homework and got these players in. Robertson, Van Dijk, Henderson all seem to have that winning mentality where only the best will do. It’s all scouting, scouting, scouting. Sacrifice a bit of ability on the pitch for ability off it perhaps and they’ll raise their game on the pitch to that of others because of their level of determination to win.

He called him the “most talented player he’s seen at his age” tbf, but still a big claim.Phil Foden is the best player he has ever worked with. He said that, you know.
You cannot compare Harry's personality and mindset with Jordan. Jordan was the ultimate winner willing to crush anyone or anything that got in his way of success. He is more like Roy Keane. Harry is a nice guy with an ambition to win things but he doesn't have that win at all costs mentality. Imo
