Madrid only scout players when they play against them or Barca or at the World Cup based on their transfer strategy the last decade.

That's ok. If Madrid activate it he must have been exceptional for us and it also allows Cirkin two years to develop and gives Sessegnon time to improve too. Tbh I'm happy with all that
