Tanganga counts towards our club trained numbers starting next season (turns 22 on the 31st) and I think that Dele counts as association trained instead of club trained. So selling him and getting Lundstram in is a even stevens scenario.So basically we cannot sell either Winks or Dele??
CCV could also be kept around to add another club trained player. He has over 100 games in the Championship now and could most likely work out as a Premier League CB despite him being a bit of a meme.
So would this proposal work in terms of enough numbers in each category?:

Onana currently has a doping violation that he has to serve for the rest of the year.
Kept Hart in for the number of HG players. If we can replace him with a very cheap or free British goalie, then suggest one.
HG free transfer to replace Sissoko, and enables us to get rid of one of Winks or Alli who are HG players.
Dier is not a homegrown player. He spent his youth years in Portugal so he is actually listed as a foreign player.
Did you read or just comment on the posting? I'm well aware of the ban its been commented on here endlessly. I just suggested Darlow. As mentioned the ban would actually be helpful in terms of integrating him early.
You said replace 'Lloris with Onana'. Doesn't make sense for this transfer window given he's got a doping ban till the end of the year.
As for Darlow, he has a contract with Newcastle until 2025. We will barely have any net spend to play with, so wasting it on a reserve goalie (who has now been dropped by Newcastle) may not be pragmatic.
Because I want both Sissoko and Winks sold. We would then need a 3rd choice CDM as back up for Hojbjerg and Skipp- Lundstram is both HG and free. We have serious issue with HG quota.
As for Alli; I was thinking some of the money raised from selling Alli & Winks could perhaps go towards funding needs elsewhere, like a new CB. Or Toney, who is on the verge of breaking the record for most championship goals in a season.
I don’t see any idea in selling Winks despite him not being impressive. If we want a pool of 25 players to chose from we need at least 4 players who’s trained by the club. Bale and Kane’s future here seems uncertain which would leave Tanganga as only club trained player. Skipp still U21 so wouldn’t need registering in order to play. Obviously we could just sign Livermore instead of Winks but not sure that would solve anything

It still is. We can chose to retain CCV for example. Or bring up any other youth player that is turning 22 to integrate into the first team squad even if it is just to make up numbers.
If Winks is one of the talked about negative elements in the squad then he needs to go.
If he’s disrupting squad harmony then just bin him, but I’d be surprised cos I don’t think he’s that kind of personality who’d bang on the drums
Even if he's the choirboy some make out he's blatantly not good enough. Get him out and let him play for a club more suited to his level.
If he starts here next season, it'll be a terrible sign.
I don't think Winks is actively causing trouble. But I think he is one to sulk and we've seen his performances dip since he stopped being a bonafide part of the starting 11, and even before that. Even if Winks isn't the one banging on the drums it could be his agent. Which could be just as bad. Winks was always one of Poch's favourites so it is not unreasonable that he feels slighted after having gone from integral to not integral under the new boss.
But for Winks sake he needs a move in the summer. He needs playing time and he won't get it here.
