I'm going to be stubborn here, but people should stop flip-flopping. Stick to your guns. Pro Rodgers one day and not the next.
Rodgers was my initial choice, but if there is a chance of Conte then we have to get him, don't we? I don't know if we can, I just hope there is something to the rumours. A manager like that would probably be enough to persuade our star players to give us at least 1 more season.

I wouldnt touch Potter if I were you Spuds, completely incompetent coach, not even good enough for the other lot up the road from you!!!...watched him and his side for last two seasons and can't see any difference what so ever from the Brighton team under Hughton. Trust Levy to get it right for your boys...Tony Bloom and Paul Barber could learn alot re recruitment from him.

Potter? Jesus H Christ. Potter???

That is the most clueless reactionary response I have ever seen on this forum.

Potter? Oh do fuck off.
How is Potter reactionary? His team is flirting with relegation but people like how his Brighton play and think he's coaching the side to get more out of the players than the sum of their talents.

I'll tell you what's fucking reactionary - sacking Poch and replacing him with Mourinho. That's reactionary.

It doesn’t matter who we bring in , something is seriously rotten within the club and it’s coming from the top down, charging fans £60 to see this shite when a lot of folks are struggling to pay the bills due to the pandemic, that says everything you need to know about how we are run and what football has now become and the sad thing is I can’t see it changing any time soon! I have never felt so disconnected from this club !

Definitely leaning more towards Potter.

They've conceded fewer goals than us. Obviously they haven't scored as many, but it's not due to lack of proper attacking football. Put Kane, Son, and Bale in their team and they finish 3rd.

Well said

Shit team manage to string 5 passes together and avoid relegation. Sign him up!!! Done fuck all, won fuck all (thats worth winnning), never handled top players, never managed of club of any size.. This years chris wilder (but not as good).

that my friend is reactionary. it's a pathetic choice and shows how low our ambition is. If we buy into letting Levy lumber us with him then we will regret it. Bitterly.

Well let’s be honest our main goal next season without Kane and Son will be staying up won’t it? Fuck it why not go all out and get big fat Sam in now save bringing him in December

We need a manager who actually improves players and creates a real team ethic.

We don't play as a team.

Look at bielsa he has improved so many players over his career and all his teams understand and play as a team wether it's pressing together or making the right decision in final third.

We are so disjointed this team needs breaking up.

None of our recent signings probably since moura have made a difference

I don’t even think that is enough , no way Levy takes a loss on players like doc , winks his pet project won’t be sold for less than £50 million , people might think I’m over reacting but when Kane and Son go we will struggle to stay up next season!
I stand by Ally Gold on this one - Kane and Son are going nowhere this summer given nobody would have the cash to meet their asking prices.

City and united both have the cash needed , poch has the cash if he can tempt them to France , without champions league next season Levy will need to cash in ,
If anyone offers anywhere close to 100 million for Kane or £75 million for Son they will be gone

I think Levy's price tag would be 150 million for Kane, similar to what Dortmund are asking for Haaland.

Edit: for what it's worth I think if an amazing offer for Son came in then we should consider it. Look across at Mane to see how a pacey player in that position can go from world class to off the boil if you're not careful.
