Erik Ten Hag will be new manager.
Kane will go to Man Utd for £80m+ Van de Beek.
Van De Beek is average no way 80m plus him.

That's a good idea; and I suggested Vlahovic, Isak, and Buendia to replace Kane, Vinicius, and Lamela.I don't think we can find a like for like replacement that can live up to Kane's insane standard. Almost every striker in the world will seem mediocre in comparison.
It is probably better to just rebuild our attacking system. Spend the money on more than just one player (including on our defence and midfield as well).
We may not be able to get a 25+ goal a season striker. But if we can get 2 or 3 guys that each ship in with 12+ goals that would still be decent numbers.
I was high on Buendia when Norwich were in the PL, but I haven't seen him since. That's a good idea; and I suggested Vlahovic, Isak, and Buendia to replace Kane, Vinicius, and Lamela.
Was told that our line up would then look like Villa's, which got quite a few Agrees.
Something along those lines would work. As much as it would hurt it would probably be best to lose Son as well, as insane as it may sound. Force us to fully commit to a new system instead of trying to hang on to the old one. That's a good idea; and I suggested Vlahovic, Isak, and Buendia to replace Kane, Vinicius, and Lamela.

16 goals, 15 assists; player of the season in the Championship. Saw some of his highlight reels and he was pulling off insane passes and displaying superb first touch. He has now been called up to Argentina national team.I was high on Buendia when Norwich were in the PL, but I haven't seen him since.
Not sure losing Son and Kane is a risk worth taking. They are the 2 most clinical players in the league (stats with goals vs xG prove this), so need to keep one for reliable source of goals.Something along those lines would work. Pereira at West Brom would be a real good get as well as a playmaker just behind the attacking line.

Spot on, this has to be the attitude.People are going to crap on every Kane replacement line-up, we aren't going to get anyone that individually replaces Kane or that is close to as exciting as Kane.
The plan has to be to increase scoring all over the team.
It's interesting that he has managed to add goals to his game. What I loved about him is that he had lots of vision, and made it his business to go for the jugular with his passing. Lots of lots of vertical passes.16 goals, 15 assists; player of the season in the Championship. Saw some of his highlight reels and he was pulling off insane passes and displaying superb first touch. It may be the Championship, but even in that league I haven't seen such a volume of goals and assists. Far superior to anything Grealish and Maddison managed, who are both now established PL stars.
Also, it was far better than Buendia's Championship figures from 2018-2019; which shows he is improving with age. Now 24 so close to prime.
I kind of see where people are going with the Villa thing, to be honest with you, even though I have never seen that striker and very little of those CBs. All 3 of those midfielders are irritating a lot of people right now.Spot on, this has to be the attitude.
That's why I was surprised when people agreed this would be similar to Villa
Vlahovic and Isak are exciting prospects. Buendia is skilful and has end product.
In terms of CBs, Torres and Bastoni not only are great for their clubs, but start for Spain and Italy respectively.
I'm not sure what people are expecting..
It's not feasible to get a CF who can do nearly what Kane does. Maybe Haaland would come close, but he's going to a mega club. We have no choice but to take some risks with talented younger players.
Depending on what happens at Madrid I could actually see Bale wanting to come back for another year even if Son and Kane goes.Last summer we were all excited about a front 3 of Kane, Son and Bale. 1 year on and it's looking like all 3 will be leaving. God really does hate Spurs fans
We can't afford to buy more midfielders given our more pressing issues in other areas of the pitch.I kind of see where people are going with the Villa thing, to be honest with you, even though I have never seen that striker and very little of those CBs. Is that an actual 3-5-2, or that poxy 5-3-2 that people like pretend is a counter-attacking and forward-thinking formation when it fucking absolutely isn't?and would also make a good squad for a 3-5-2 style (this is all in the scenario that Kane is leaving).
I respectfully disagree. I think we have a massive problem in midfield. We can't afford to buy more midfielders given our more pressing issues in other areas of the pitch.
Ndombele, Lo Celso, Alli, Skipp, Hojbjerg. All have different talents. The new manager has to find a way to get 3 of those 5 to form a cohesive midfield unit.
Buendia can play in mid too, in case none of Alli GLC & Ndombele are cutting it in attacking mid.I respectfully disagree. I think we have a massive problem in midfield.
