Ex-Spurs Player Harry Kane

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Forcing Kane to stay only hurts us.
We'll lose tens of millions in fee, lose hundreds of thousand a week in wages for a player who won't, no matter how hard you deny it, give anywhere near 100%

If he wants out, let him. Just make sure we don't get shafted. Either a huge fee or top, top players in exchange.

I din't think Kane is that type of a person/player.
If he stays, be sure he'll give 100% every match. That's my opinion.

Huge fee, cash up front, no instalments. They'd only try and pass their deadwood on to us so absolutely no players as part payment.

We forced Modric to stay and he played his best season for us. If Kane is as professional as he appears, he will work hard if he isn’t allowed to leave.

There is no chance of us getting a top player in exchange for Kane, top players do not want to join Tottenham. Best case scenario for us is we manage to keep him here for another year. Even a frustrated Kane is going to be better than whoever Hitchen and Levy dredge up and overpay for.

The effort maybe, but psychological impact would limit his performance. By request to leave, he admitted defeat to the ambition to ever win thing with us. So deep down, even with his best effort to suppress his true feeling, his ceiling would be reduced subconsciously as effort is being used to fight off negative thought.

If he goes, it will be UTD. City don't really need him, not at that money.

UTD in contrast would be desperate for Kane. They're not going to land Mbappe or Haaland, so Kane is the next best. Money isn't an issue for them. They could cash in on Pogba if needs be.

Staying is the easy option.
It's what Matt LeTissier did. He can try try convince the world he had no regrets but was was magic and could have gone on to be a PL legend rather than a Southampton legend with no trophies.
Ever seen him interviewed about it? He’s an absolute god down this way (I live in Southampton) - he literally couldn’t care less as long as he gets his free pints and meals and lots of handshakes.

I would agree if they had not recently renewed Cavani's deal.

Cavani is still quality and will work as a stop gap while Greenwood fine tunes his game some more.

And while City probably wants Haaland there are also rumblings about Haaland not being keen on them over some form of beef between them and his dad. So you never know.

The story doing the rounds is that it is the City players that Kane is talking to. Not the United ones.

True, but they would be happy to stick Cavani on the bench and use him on rotation.

Is Greenwood going to be an out and out striker? I've always seen him play out on the right, with Rashford on the left. The one player UTD have wanted these past few years in a genuine striker. Why they sold Lukaku, I'll never know.

Modric was younger than Kane when we sold him to Madrid, and a year younger still when we said no to Chelsea.

Kane is 28. If Levy said "give us 1 more season and 100% we'll let you go anywhere you want next season" he'll think "I'll be 29. I could get injured. I could miss out on a move because they sign a younger player.

If I was in Kane's boots there wouldn't be much baldilocks could do to get me to stay.

If Kane goes to City as proposed by most then he is part of the problem, look at the uproar of about the Super league, but then who is in the Champions league final? Man city - Oil FC vs Chavs the Russian Mafia, 2 clubs financially doped yet you dont hear fuck all from the media as "its good for football" is it fuck good for football these teams are only at the top as financial fair play means fuck all in todays game! Anyone who chooses to go to one of them clubs cant have any morals, is winning the premier league with this Man City team something to be proud about and tell the grandkids in 30 years time?
If you want to be a true great and legend in the game then stay at Spurs, if you win something with us it will mean so much more, but if you are to scared and want it handed to you on a plate then by all means fuck off , the badge on the front is and always will be bigger than the name on the back!

United need to buy their fans support.
Kane would shut their idiot fanbase right up.

I'm struggling to see even clubs like City and United stumping up the fee demanded (and I can't see Levy backing down when he doesn't need to). Obviously could be wrong, but I don't think Levy will allow his pants to be pulled down over the price, when there's 3 years left on the contract.
City the club who blatantly cheated FFP and got caught doing so and got a fine as punishment ! Harry Kane will be the Sheikhs gift to Pep for winning the champions league!

I have no respect for Pep he wears that Jumper for a human rights charity then he works for a club who's owners have no respect for human rights.

To be fair he seems to always get 1 bad ankle/hamstring injury a season now.

I wonder if Harry is panicking how many more actual seasons of top flight football he can play.

Levy would rather sell to City than Utd. Levy tried to force Berbatov to City but the player refused as he was set on joining Utd.

Levy despises Utd as much as Chelsea
