Clearly the Real Madrid players love Ancelotti.
I don't think Ancelotti is a good manager for building a club up from the foundations but he's proven quality at managing big egos and being the steady hand of a well oiled machine.
Carlo gets along well with Perez and has no problem taking Raul as an assistant to prep for when he gets the sack.
