The DOF is a great idea to keep a good and healthy relationship between conte and levy. A middle man. Hitchen must be in tears tho

City and Chelski got their rich owners before FFP when they could just spend and not need to balance the books. And City is in danger of running afoul of the FFP rules (the PL ones, for one). Now whether they will be sanctioned for it is another story. But that's a far cry from pretending FFP doesn't exist and thinking owners can just pump money in their club.
