At least he fits the the description Levy used in the open letter.
Also clearly Paratici's guy, so the DoF is running the show.
And I have a perfect word to describe Daniel Levy...to use NFL terminology, it rhymes with punt.

He’s not because he’s cheap and won’t push for any new playersSuch a risk. Potter is Prem proven, Ten Hag is CL proven, this guy is at best at very best a massive gamble.
I agree. Paratici and him will be tied at the hip.Such a risk. Potter is Prem proven, Ten Hag is CL proven, this guy is at best at very best a massive gamble.
Oh dear, Poch has definitely got cuter ears!Fun Fact:
At the age of 27, Paulo had an ear transplant and they put it on upside down.

Finally some legitimate criticism.
oh bore off ffs. Supporters like you are what’s wrong with this club. You accept mediocrity every single time. Nobody wants this joke of an appointment.
Ah yes, my bad.
At least until August I'd imagine. If this goes through I think it’ll be me done with Tottenham for a while at least.
I remember, Levy and a lot of the fans wanted LVG, most of the rest wanted Frank deBoer, very few were calling for Poch
To be fair, that one was scheduled for the left side of his head.
The thing is 99% of the people commenting on this thread don’t really have a clue about football. They really only want managers who have name recognition no matter what. Who knows he could actually turn out good. If he’s appointed I’m willing to get behind him and give him a chance.
Issue is his record so far isn’t great. Not just about big names. The thing is 99% of the people commenting on this thread don’t really have a clue about football. If Fonseca signs he needs to be backed, both in terms of transfer targets but also by the fans. It will be a hard enough job without added resistance.
What we can hope for maybe is some players who he is aware of but may be under the radar of sone of the other clubs.
If he also brings a philosophy and mindset then he is arguably no worse and maybe a lot better than other names that were/have been in the hat.
If he can achieve success he could come from Outer Mongolia as far as I am concerned.
Levy going to whip out that contract with 3 years remaining I'd imagine.
