Levy is so bad at this it's tragic. He's taking wild pointless risks.

Paratici at Spurs is already looking about as good a fit as Hitchen would be at Juve. Levy probably thought he's the Italian Txiki Begiristain, just because he's been there through Juve's success, as Txiki was at Barca.

You know that a part of Levy has probably gone for this guy because he is the one Mourinho is replacing and Levy and his overblown ego wants to try and prove to Jose this current team is good enough to win something, seems like the kind of petty Levy isn't beneath.

He seems hellbent on proving this team is good enough without investment the bald little delusional twat.

Just getting dragged along with the mood, no idea, he sounds like he wants attacking and pressing, go for it bro'

Don't really remember anyone saying that when he came to us....I seem to remember everyone wanting the fat waiter instead...

I know that people didn't want him just pointing out the difference between Poch and this guy. Poch was not wanted because he hadn't proven anything, Fonseca has proven things and they aren't good.

Must say, I'm very surprised by this...

Jesus, that is some news to arrive home to.

I watched Roma a bit early in the season and thought they looked pretty fun. Generally haven't paid them any attention when Zaniolo has been out injured to be honest. Underwhelming appointment at this moment and time.

I'll say this much, if you bring in a Director of Football you'd best give him some control, and im sure Paratici has been through his study of Fonseca in the past when recruiting managers for Juventus. I don't believe that it's a case of cheapest/easiest option, I'm sure he rates the guy.

Definitely going to need some ball playing CB's. And a pacy RWB. Hope he does well, I guess we can do little but support the DOF and his new hire.
I'll be interested in how he sets up the team. Based on the video InBK InBK post, he played 4-2-3-1 and 4-3-3 at Shakhtar but had the majority of his success at Roma in a 3-4-3.

Regardless of the formation, the build up play relies on the CBs being comfortable on the ball, with narrow wingers in attack with overlapping fullbacks/wingbacks providing width.

If Paratici wants him, get him in ASAP and get on with it.
