Really, his style is very Jose, at least that is how Wolves played the past few years. Most fans couldn’t take what Jose offered and to have that shit again next season is soul destroying. Defensive managers have never done well at this club, they ain’t Spurs, we should never be linked with managers like this.

is it a gamble? yes but his CV is more impressive then Poch when he came here and Nuno has proven himself to be a very good coach.
People get excited and vote for Potter because he is the expected points king but are trolling when we are ok with a manager coming in that has proven much more.
It’s not about proven, Jose was proven and was crap. You could win the league in Portugal as AVB did and be completely useless here. It is about fit, we are a club that has a history of attacking football, we are a club that has limited funds and needs to use youth players or lesser players. Potter plays very good football and is ‘’proven’’ in Sweden while playing last season great stuff, his style fits, Nuno’s is more like Jose, it’s crap to watch. We ain’t winning anything with Potter, Nuno or anyone else. We are making a choice between decent football and shit football.

Nuno has shown he is willing to change it if its not going well. Wolves have played a back 3 and also switched to 4 at the back when results were not going their way.
They got promoted and finished 7th...then finished 7th again. He did well at Valencia as well.

Jol, Redknapp and Poch all offered attacking football and have been in my lifetime by far our best managers. Not only did we do the best in the league under them but it was enjoyable. Jose, AVB and Graham where probably the worst (Santini reign was too short).
Going to the stadium knowing your manager is a negative bugger is depressing. Knowing your going to watch shit mostly doesn’t create a good atmosphere. Levy talked about DNA and we are now linked with a manager as negative as Nuno, fuck that. If you only care about results why even watch the game, just check the results after. This club and it’s reputation was built playing decent football. I cannot support another Jose, another dino at the club and the match day fans won’t either. If Levy hasn’t learnt this after 20 years he hasn’t learnt fuck all.

I think people are putting two and two together and getting whatever the hell sum they like. NES strikes me as a lot of things one of them is not stupid. There is a very modern idea that your one type of coach or another. Some very successful coaches have switched systems at different clubs. If he has watched Mourinho’s travails as closely as I suspect, I can't see him trying to low block the fans to death. That would simply alienate an already angry fanbase.
He also seems a far more emotionally nuance human being than Jose with a less brittle ego. He has apparently been part of some really great charitable initiatives with some communities in the Midlands which make me like him more.
He has achieved more than Pochettino did when he got the job, and here's the thing... the fan base were livid because they all wanted LVG. If we added Wolves three best players to the current spurs squad how well do people think we'd have done this term? I think we would have made the ECL. Levy only ever gets things right once he has got things wrong.....this kind of bodes well for NES and spurs.

I wouldn't say Poch was attacking. His Southampton team were known for their defensive solidarity and high press.
Even with us he was more known for high press and energy. We wernt particularly attacking as such...just a well drilled balanced team with immense energy levels in our peak.
Redknapp was definitely attacking and did well. Jol was also attacking but I don't miss the 'we will score 1 more then you' mentality.

Voted 'yes' - not exactly enthusiastic about the appointment but I view it as solid. Knows the league, can adapt (I think), might know some good players. Doesn't set the pulse racing due to his style of play, but I don't think he will be disaster either.
