Ex-Spurs Player Harry Kane

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Difference is though is that I allow myself to get wound up. Don't see why people have to be aggressive to the Man City supporter just because. It's not like what he or she posted was offensive. When you rage for very little reason you just make yourself look like a tool.
I'm with ya and have been there. It's hard not to call people out and sometimes they deserve a mouthful but I think the new forum suits me better!

The fact that there are some who suddenly insist he's not among the best in the world is ridiculous. His record compares to anyone outside of Messi and Ronaldo despite playing with some extremely average players for fucks sake.

The bitterness on this forum over the last few days is almost as bad a look as Kane not turning up for training. Hate Harry by all means if you wish to, but some of the things people are coming out with suddenly are complete and utter garbage. I mean imagine actually taking the time to create a video showing him missing chances. Jesus fucking Christ.
Can’t be many. I don’t remember any post arguing against his football ability, though I haven’t read every page I admit. How good he is has nothing to do with it.

No. You’re right. They weren’t. But that isn’t the point I’m making.

The point is that he has had plenty of opportunities to win silverware, both with England and Tottenham and HE performed poorly in every game.

Now he wants to go and have trophies bought for him so he has something nice to put on his wall at home.

Embarrassing.
If he had played well though, the rest of them were a shambles so it's not down to him. I'm not sure Ronaldo could have dragged us through those finals.

And that's evidently what we are doing..

That is not however justification for what the bloke is doing is it?

And with the right purchases transition can take 18 months. Hardly unusual is it.

The way people go on it's like we have been in a decade of decline.
Correct. We have more pertinent issues. We need to get that back line fixed up and add a creative player. Once we get those fixed, I think we still have enough goals with a half decent replacement at striker.

Honestly, I'd rather that no money from oppressive regimes were allowed in sport. But try find a club anywhere without middle eastern, russian, chinese or yes, american money propping it up.
We didn't start the fire.
Ignore them. These are the same people supporting & funding little African kids being crushed to deaths in mines so they can have their precious iPhones. But then act all caring & woke.

God the more I stew on this the more its frustrating me. Harry Kane actually went out the end of the season and did a whole long interview with Neville basically saying he wanted to leave. I read that more as a bit of pressure to Levy to spend rather than him actually wanting to leave. Now he's gone on strike without even speaking to the new manager.

Kane is absolutely done as a spurs player. I don't care if he comes on screen and apologises I don't want him near the squad again. Completely selfish man who thinks he's better than his colleagues and any fan that cheers him this year if he ends up making a comeback has absolutely zero respect for themselves.

Can I remind everyone out first game is against City. Kane won't be starting that match because he's not even been back for pre season yet so it's very clear he's been told to do this and avoid playing again before the move happens.

At this stage I honestly think the best Tottenham could do is the following:

1. Sell for £120-£130 million. No other terms

2. Sell for £100 mil and see if Jesus will sign from City as a swap on strikers.

The sweet sweet justice if we swapped strikers and Jesus went on to have a better season than Kane.

I'll be cheering on every fucking team outside of City next year because between Pep crying into the cameras about his irreplaceable striker Aguero to Kanes antics forcing a move away and City just splashing whatever they want on players they're so so wrong for football you just accept it most of the time.

Fuck Harry Kane and we cannot let up if the move fails And Kane ends up back with us playing. Do not let up on the prick he thinks he's better than the players, fans and club as a whole, he's just a disingenuous prick and City will very soon realise that for all the greatness of Kane, its usually Son that scores the big goals when we need them.

I’d actually quite like to see him try and buy out his contract, if only for the ensuing legal clusterfuck. It would
be glorious.
If City could give him an ambassador role like Neymar and fund it then I would like to see it too...just so Levy could have the tables turned on him. The onus would be on us to prove tapping up and Harry's brother could just say he'd approached City first. We wouldn't be in a strong position.

but again, this deal has been done/been in the works for some time. There's no way he hasn't expressed his desires to Levy before May...just like Eriksen did almost 2 years before he left. Levy is just a coward and is making the players look like the bad guys for his incompetence. But in his defense most supporters are playing their roles and doing as they are 'told'.

Also, don't prem clubs have an agreement not to touch anyone that goes down that route?
Whether certain clubs would stick it ,is another thing
That's called collusion and would open the whole league to a legal shitshow of it's own. You can't do that and no one should be applauding this. You cannot conspire to deny people their legal rights FFS.

fuck it, this is England right? Let's behead the fucker ****someone on this board, soon****

And because this is football we're talking about, any litigation would probably end up in front of the Court of Arbitration for Sport, where any damages would probably reduced down to a sternly-worded letter to Kane and City expressing how very disappointing their actions have been, and to not do anything like this again, pretty please.

Aaaah, you mean one having the "shit their pants at the first sight of City's army of lawyers"-edition of the rule-book thrown at them.....?

Unfortunately very easy for some to say keep Harry and build a team around him we have nowhere near enough time or money to do that . Daniel levy is not going to buy out contracts and get in new players we are stuck with quite a few bang average players who nobody will pay much if anything for .I was a bit afraid this situation might happen in that Harry would go towards the end of the window we are not attractive to top players at least in the immediate future so we are in another mess typical really .

I'm at the stage where City can go fuck themselves. Don't care if they stump up the dough. Kane has to play out another season tough shit as timing simply isn't right. He can go next year.
