Thames Police are amateurs at this lark.........................

Fuck Dorset Police.

They sit at the bottom of a hill in a 30 zone where a dual carriageway exits towards a campsite, speed gunning everyone that comes down. The car before me was stopped, I was stopped, and the car after me was stopped - all of us on holiday.

38mph in a 30 at 11pm, 3 points, £100 fine, and because it's Dorset you can only attend the driver awareness course to avoid the points IN DORSET. Anywhere else you can visit nationwide venues for the course. Purely setup to catch holiday makers that won't be able to attend the course 8 weeks later so they can get their £100 from everyone coming down that hill.

Yes I have more points on my license than Woolwich. Probably the same guy as in the photo - Irish wanker.

And pray there's never a war with the draft. People keep talking up his relationships with the coaches. I've been told bloke and Mrs just hate Blighty, wants off the island. If Liverpool say came on for him (its merely an example) he'd not want it any more than us.
I can absolutely believe that. Always a risk buying younger players who've come up on the continent. Its a culture shock for sure, and some people just don't care for it.

Regarding the draft, don't think we've got to worry about it anymore. With the force multipliers of technology in defence the demand for raw numbers in uniform just isn't likely to ever be there again.

I think we've done alright in that dept

Out
Alderweireld, Sissoko, Foyth, Hart, Lamela, Gazzaniga, Rose, Okedina, Cirkin, Eyoma, Marsh, Roles, Sterling, Tracey, Skinner, Asante, Ferguson, Cooper, Richards, Whittaker, Carrington.

That's approx £60m pa off the payroll. The only one I'm disappointed about going is Cirkin but applaud the kid wanting to get games now and looking for that move that enables him to do so. Very few clubs have sold players, the market is dominated by loans.

£60m off the annual pay roll, considering all the signings we have made does that mean our net wages is down.

But that is a broad spectrum. It is also currently skewed because of the effects of Covid.

I'm not trying to be argumentative here, but I'm just not seeing how you can broad brush this with the "in line with the league" statement. The disparity across the 20 teams is enormous.
The disparity as a percentage of turnover is much less dramatic (obvious, right? The clubs that make more spend more) and Spurs have been dead last by a mile, just operating alone in an entirely singular level of penury, for years and years.

And what have we done this window? Further lowered our wage bill.

They do that everywhere don't they?

When I worked in Basingstoke there was a fucking great big hill on the entrance to an industrial estate, no houses, no pedestrians, no schools anywhere near and they camped behind a hedge right at the bottom. You had to apply the brakes not to coast over 30 the hill was so steep.

It always just been a revenue stream.

Ndombele is such a weird one. He's wanted out of Spurs basically since the day he signed. Its like his agent talked him into it, and when he woke up the next morning he instantly regretted it.

Great player when he gives a fuck. Sadly, he's just never really given a fuck for us. Don't really think there's anyone to be blamed at Spurs - you assume that when you talk to a player and he agrees to terms that he really does want to play for you and you just have to maintain that. Seems it was always a mirage in this case.

Legitimately think with how the new generation is, being raised on social media, clubs should start involving sports psychologists in the physical.
It is absolutely insane that he can make it to be a Premier League footballer with all the commitment, talent, competition, hard work and luck that that entails only to get there and say fuck it. And then even more insane to think that Real, Barcelona or PSG would be scrambling to sign him based on his recent seasons.

However it's even more worrying that our club would pay him £220,000 a week and that Levy would make him our record signing particularly when he quibbled over paying £27m for grealish instead of £25m.

I think we should loan him to Newcastle or Woolwich but pay all his wages to make sure they take him. What a cunt. And when I say cunt I mean, an absolute cunt.

Levy should invest in an in-house psychologist and a soft play area with edible crayons and a gutter for the river of tears.
