If I was running the club yes I would sell Kane to fund the rebuild.

With Levy/Paratici/Nuno running the team no I would not because we need him to cover for the cracks and lack of scoring options that we would have under them. I don't trust them to properly spend the money or build a strategy on or off the field to make us successful.
