There is nothing I can do about it so I suck it up and stop acting like a pussy.

I score it 6/10. I'm more annoyed we've not got rid of some players than our incomings.

Is what it is though. We'll be ok.
It's not that easy. We'd prefer to offload Aurier for bag of peanuts and even add a skywalk ticket than just terminating his contract, but as we see it didn't happen. Instead of zero cost we have to pay, not in money tho, but such things don't look good.

Really not a great window but we have bought a couple of potentially excellent defenders and an exciting attacking prospect.

Not ideal by any means, but Sissoko leaving at least means we have to play someone other than Sissoko.

Well if you went all in for paratici this season you have been well and truly mugged off by levy.
barring a stunning series of miracles, namely
1. turnaround in ndombles form. howing previously hidden talent. Hill being much more advanced than anyone realising.
2. defence not returning to norm of being a bit wank.
3. Kane /son not getting injured (especially not at the same time.)

we are fucked. Will finish 7th or below.

coys!!
Expect you to be on here when we finish higher. Oh wait, you’ll probably be off somewhere else spreading your misery.

Look, I was so very supportive of ENIC/Levy only a few years ago (pre-Poch fiasco).

I even gave them the benefit of the doubt over screwing an over-achieving Harry redknapp over.

But when we see the cycle repeat itself over and over again, there's only so many times you can give the benefit of the doubt before it's clear naivety.

The outcome of this window was predictable, on the basis of looking at previous windows under the same ownership.

We cannot continue to be suckers for the club's narrative of "we've tried our best under the resource constraints but couldn't get deals over the line". Then proceed to pay the highest in season ticket prices and be expected to buy a brand new set of shirts every year.

Spurs had enough money (borrowing power) to spend ONE BILLION POUNDS on a stadium.

To people with their eyes closed, this comes across as baseless moaning, but these discussions need to be had to encourage critical thinking and objective analysis of the pattern that we find ourselves in.

Post of the Day :nunoout:

People laugh at Ty from AFTV for his bizarre levels of delusion and inability to criticise his club but we clearly have a load of Ty's on this very forum
