If we play well, win or go to the Champions League final without Kane, it is purely due to luck or a fluke because of how shit his teammates are. If the sample size is over a 3.5+ year span with over 35+ games without Kane, then the statistics are irrelevant and must be disregarded.

You seem to think that if Drogba and VP have a low shot accuracy, then Kane must have a high shot accuracy.
My logic simply says that all three had a low low shot accuracy.
I will never, ever feel that taking 188 shots to score 29 goals (Drogba) is not low.
He was still world class though as he had other attributes that Kane doesn’t.
His shooting was still flawed though.

If you want the average it's 425 / 25 - so 17 quid .... therefore those with 20 quid are above average .... just like Kane is above average when it comes to shot accuracy ... was that your point?

Kane scored the most goals came first and won the golden boot - but - Kane's shooting accuracy was lower than a player with less goals, so Kane wasn't really the best.

In 2021 Liverpool got the most points came first and won the title - but - Liverpool's goal difference was lower than a team who finished with less points than them, so Liverpool weren't really the best.

Kane is neither world class or poor.
He’s often poor. He’s often average. He’s rarely world class but can be.
Having a low shot accuracy isn’t why he isn’t word class. It’s one flaw of many he has.
