It will take time but Conte has a very hight standard. He wants to be as good or better than the top team in the league, so yes that will take, if he is backed properly in the transfer windows, 18 months minimum, probably more like 2 or 3 years. But I think we will be a lot better by the spring, and by the standards we are used to we will be as good as in recent memory by this time next year.

I think it was a video training session rather than fitness and on-the-pitch work, but still.
I have a lot of admiration for Levy and what he has managed to organically build Spurs into and have been willing to give him the benefit of the doubt because of this. But I do agree that this time, with this manager, if things go tits up because he doesn't support him, he will be the only one to blame.
Anyway, I love Conte. Already brushing up on Italian with Duolingo and his 100% win ratio is second to none.
