You’re eating the wrong type of beans
I don't entirely disagree but I'd say that while Mourinho has the better trophy legacy than Conte does (so far), the latter is a far better coach as things stand right now and seems to leave teams in a better place than José, who leaves them worse off. I just think Mourinho has lost the fire and is a shadow of his former self, to be honest. While I think he is at this moment a much superior coach, let's not pretend he's any more famous, more accomplished, or less in line with the Tottenham ethos than Mourinho was when he arrived.
That was of course a very destabilizing moment after the shock(ish) sacking of Poch, whereas this feels like we're way overdue for getting back underway after being lost in the wilderness since sacking Jose, but we're a big club with big players that deserves a big manager.
Yeah, but you can easily name a few bigger clubs than us. Real, Barca, Juve, Bayern, ManU (sadly) and few more, but you can't name as many better coaches than Conte. Guardiola, Klopp and... that's it? Maybe I rate him too high, but looking at way he transformed all the clubs he joined he's easily a world class tier. While I think he is at this moment a much superior coach, let's not pretend he's any more famous, more accomplished, or less in line with the Tottenham ethos than Mourinho was when he arrived.

You translate Italian into English word for word not much will make sense either.Don’t think it’s availability, doesn’t make sense in the context of anything he said.
In Conte we trust. Plus, he gets to learn from the best and Levy's probably seeing a possible future manager in the making.
Yeah that’s the problem, it’s Levy sticking his finger in.In Conte we trust. Plus, he gets to learn from the best and Levy's probably seeing a possible future manager in the making.
I doubt Conte or Mason would accept that scenario. I’m sure a Conte knew of Mason and values a young, local home growner to compliment his back room team…. ChillYeah that’s the problem, it’s Levy sticking his finger in.
There is no way Conte takes his team, sees Mason for one hour with the under 23s and says “wow I want that guy on board”
Levy might see a future manager, but I’m not sure anyone did

If Mason really wants to be a manager, he should be learning Italian. Perfect time to add another string to your bow
It’s difficult to chill when you have a first team coach in bed with Levy who’s best mates with Dele and Winks and will probably focus solely on getting them “back”I doubt Conte or Mason would accept that scenario. Not sure what Patriaci would see in Mason either, reeks of Levy all the wayMaybe, maybe not mate.
Our DOF may have had some input. Just a guess.

Look forward to that negotiation whereby Mason tries to force Conte’s hand in selecting his 11It’s difficult to chill when you have a first team coach in bed with Levy who’s best mates with Dele and Winks and will probably focus solely on getting them “back”
I was looking forward to ground zero
