Manager Antonio Conte

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

I've recently gone meat and dairy free (due to long covid symptoms), feeling much better after just a week. more energy and no heaviness, blood rushes or aches after a meal, Its called the GBOMB diet (greens, beans, onions. etc, mushrooms, berries, seeds etc. highly recommended (so far).

My philosophy has always a bit of everything, but now its obvious that you've got to cut out or drastically reduce certain foods, especially if tour a pro athlete.

Nice. Mag Citrate lunch and night is epic if you have been sleeping heavy/broken, brain foggy, mucous feelings.

Mag any form for Long Covid is a no brainer IMO, keep flow of ATP production ready/steady to minimise the energy lows, which trigger or heighten likelihood of poor food choices for convenience.

Chickpea pancakes are good, once you get a set of meals you like it's easy, 27 years, but have quark regularly (with flax oil blended 2:1) and odd bits of dairy now and then but only as treat.

Hope you clear out the grogginess, aren't you the India Ashram guy? assumed you'd be long veggie.

Double Big Mac and a strawberry milkshake. That’ll sort everything out
hell yes, that's my training regiment...

Cheers, I'll look into magnesium citrate, as those are my symptoms to a tee. Ill let you know how I get on as I'm willing to try anything honestly.

Ive been veggie a lot of my life but fall off the wagon. I'm 6'5 and do weights, sometimes meat is just very convenient. I do think some are more suited than others. I lost almost 10 kilos in 2 weeks with covid so just been on a dirty bulk, but thats over now.

This is the wrong thread so we'll leave it there, cheers for help!

Your manager, repeatedly giving you excessively huge joints of meat, known for high nitrate toxicity.

It's like you defending Lewis Hamilton's team razzing his car between races on forecourt oil and petrol, to let it loose.

As noted, you have no clue about a mentality set vital for elite success, IMO, in nutritional terms.

What a load of waffle.

This is borderline eating disorder shit. Everything in moderation is absolutely fine, even for top athletes. As long as you're consistently getting your body what it needs and not eating in excess, we're perfectly capable of consuming a burger, or a pizza, or the foods that people enjoy.

Most top athletes, if you actually bothered to look in to it, are very open about their cheat days. Some even incorporate foods considered 'unhealthy' in to a regular diet. The shit you talk about like 'high nitrate toxicity' is just poorly research internet babble, i.e citation needed please. Certain foods aren't 'poison', they're just not what you should be eating on a daily basis.

This Spurs squad have cruised along for far too long now. So it’s about time a manager came in and really ruffled some feathers.

The big question is whether these Spurs players can adapt. It’s well known they sulked under Mourinho and Santo, while some even got fed up of the Pochettino era. The focus, surely, has to be on the Spurs players here.

Antonio Conte will do all he can in training to help Tottenham. But it’s vital the players buy into his ways. Otherwise, the club will be back to square one in no time.

I have a solution - get rid of anyone who doesn't buy into his ways!

The we're in your post suggests you are an athlete, maybe you'd be a significantly better one if you understood what opens your body to oxygen and what closes it???

Topical Neanderthal.

Incredibly, top athletes remain human beings, hence the we're .. humans can eat a balanced diet.

Oh and go shove your pathetic, fraudulent nutritional 'advice' up your arse. Go cite me some actual research papers which prove anything you say is even slightly true. All a bunch of mumbo jumbo pseudo-intellectualism sourced from the dregs of the web.

He won’t take telling. Stupid moose thinks he’s gods gift to nutrition. Guy is so fucking dumb I’m surprised he can walk and talk at the same time.

Maybe, you would like to review my website, there are hundreds of peer reviewed white papers on nutrition in relation to biological optimisation???

Or, shut up or put me on ignore, you topical buffoon (Conte's way's was what started this, so you are essentially arguing against his methods here), as you have nothing to contribute.
