Yea, that is all fine and dandy, but we have to offload Alli and Winks. It makes it tough to comply with HG quota.
I would rather pay 100 mil (most likely it is possible to arrange something like 85 mEUR) for Phillips than 35 mil down the drain for Sess+Clarke.
Not saying that we 100% have to go for Kalvin, but just in principle. At some point we cannot rely on cheap punts only when it comes to HG players. Sometimes you have to pay it up.
