Tottenham sold Kyle Walker to Man City for £45 million, rising to £50 million, and many thought it was good business....until Spurs invested £25m for Aurier and then £23m for Emerson. The jury is still out on Emerson but selling Walker was not good business (although he did insist on joining Man City).
