Allegedly Kane and his camp are excited by the appointment of Conté but want to wait and see if the club actually back him - and honestly we can't really blame him for that considering it's pretty much the position of the entire fanbase.

It's nice to see that there's a redemption arc following the summer fiasco though. I really thought he'd be a cancer until eventually fucking off this coming summer, but it seems like the situation has actually turned around quite well.

Nope not confused at all. As I said we don't spend the money we need to, so when reports come out that money is tight people correctly see it as us once again not spending what we need to not some stupid calculated plan by Levy to trick other clubs.

Don’t quite understand why is everyone talking Adana Traore to be a bus parked teams player. Would he not be more effective in a open game?

We got flat-out turned down by Kounde in the summer because we lacked CL.

P.Torres turned us down despite the offer of a fat pay-rise too.


Man U had global recognition for foreign players to lean on (but still have to overpay in terms of fee and wages to get deals over the line). However, Arse, Spam & Leicester still can't shop on the elite shelf.... And realistically not the shelf below that either. Like them, we essentially we can shop on the 3rd shelf atm.... CL likely opens us back up to the 2nd shelf.

I haven't seen viable links/suggestions to many RWB alternatives.

I think he is a good alternative to Emerson and is one of the best 1v1 dribblers around which would give our attack a whole new dimension against parled buses and others.

The issue with both Emerson and Reguilion (and Sess) is that they are pretty useless in 1v1. Conte has typically used converted wingers at full back so Traore makes sense.

United spend money, especially on wages, that we don't and are a top 5 club in the world. They get players based on those two things that we are likely not going to get.

Woolwich haven't got anyone impressive so not sure who you are referring to there.

Leicester and WH top players were young guys they scouted not big names that came in.

We have seen players reject us, and other clubs, for lack of CL. I don't think it is odd to think that top players want to compete for the top trophies not hope they can luck out a Caribao Cup or the QF's of the Europa Conference League.

I hope You are right , that was originally my own thoughts, however my distrust of Baldy is kicking in. Conte might have to strong arm him, Levy is on the back foot after all. I think he shat his pants in Nuno’s last game when the crowd turned on him and ENIC.
I think his default setting is disingenuous , it’s just whether he has the cojones to screw Conte now he is aware the level of loathing by many fans towards him
