Honestly can’t believe people would accept a Saudi takeover. I’d hand in my ST immediately. Our owners may have their weaknesses but they’re British and Levy is Spurs.

Are you ok then with Spurs signing non-British players? Lol

Of course. But we’re talking about the ownership of the club. I’d much rather it stays in British hands. And I certainly wouldn’t support Saudi ownership. Pretty easy to understand why. Chelsea and City’s achievements will always be tainted because they’ve landed on endless funds from foreign ownership which, ethics aside, have just smashed up the organic growth and evolution of football.

A lot of people are simply assuming that a takeover means we win stuff, as if all the other money teams will just fall away. We are in an era where teams can get to the final of the League Cup by playing their expensive reserves.

I said yes because our owners are far from innocent lambs and likely have made a lot of money working with the kind of governments that people are complaining about being owners of the clubs. I guess it is easier to rationalize it if it is arm lengths away but not sure how much of a difference that their really is.
