I have watched a few Juve analysis videos from earlier this month and they do not seem too fussed about the two players leaving. That does not mean anything because I have seen people who have thrown abuse at Dele online mourning his leaving.


There is one thing I know about Spurs is that Levy is completely incompetent in the transfer market. When appointing a Director of Football he expect miracles and no person in football gets it 100% right. I am very worried what Levy’s vision is for the club and if we do not make Champions League will we fail to invest in the future.

100 percent spot on. Levy doesn't give a shit about winning. He has created the perfect minting machine. A FC with die hard supporters. It lays claim to be in the Big 6 when talking about the League. When speaking about investment, it's the biggest real estate FC but can't afford to compete with the Big boys in the League. When speaking revenue, it has one of the biggest capacity stadiums, with the most expensive ticket prices, but players salaries can't compete with the Big Boys. Has one of the most successful Academies but seems to always have a shortage of players.

It all comes down to two things, ENIC and Levy.
 
Here's a stat to chew on.
Bentacur and Kulusevski have missed a combined total of 17 games in their career.

And that stat is massively padded out by Bentacur having covid in 20/21


GLC at Spurs - 49.
TND - 20. Plus fuck knows how many through lack of match fitness

Great to see the back of lo celso and tanguy, hopefully they never return.

Good luck to Dele, was a fantastic player for us and gil just sums up our dismal approach to signings

It's been quite a good window imo.

We've got rid of a lot of the deadwood, and made a start with two players that Conte obviously wants, ones that will probably carry out his instructions.

Still need a RB and a second striker, but we've made a start on the rebuild.

No I don't love Levy but he;s outed/lost expensive players in order to back Conte, and wasn't backing Conte what we all wanted?

International football at anything other than the latter stages of a full tournament is pathetic.
Kane scores 4 against Albania (or whoever) and people dismiss it.
Argentina beat Peru and GLC is motm and people praise him for playing well and showing what he can do.

I dont care if he plays well in pathetic International games.

We've left the window with a weaker squad than when it opened.

Despite having more FFP slack to work with than any other club following years and years of austerity we failed to address ANY of the glaring deficiencies in our squad, and in the grand scheme of things turned yet another profit rather than investing where it really matters.

Another predictably poor window where the manager was let down and more importantly, the fans were let down

How is outing useless deadwood and bring in two players that Conte obviously wants making the squad weaker?

In fact it's only CF where we don;t have two players for said position.

N'dombele et al can get to fuck.

It's the quality of those players that matters. But hey, we have different opinions on the window and I was just counter balancing yours with mine.
