He joined here the 23rd of June 2020 and I’m pretty sure I put him on ignore the 24th of June. Better late than never I say!Decided gonna block anyone who needlessly and incorrectly criticised this guy yesterday.
Can’t be arsed with the inaccuracy or the negativity. Most of those who were doing it are well known trolls such asIgula so should’ve done that anyway.
He looks like a “ clever” player and you need those typesHis decision making already stands out. Numerous times in past, we have seen our other right wingers - Lucas & Lamela, more often than not take the wrong decision - to say shoot on sight or make wrong passes ,when just look up & pass 5 yards would do
Even though its just 15min, can already see his decision making is miles better
1 or 2 times in transition, attack broke down with him- it was more down to him not in sync with his teammates. That will come quickly when he gets a run of games. Certainly looks a promising signing
He's already laid on some good chances against a good side within half an hour of a debut days after joining.Like most new attacking players, the key for him will be an extended run in the side and significant goal contributions. The first six months is so crucial for him to start scoring and assisting, otherwise he’ll end up joining the long list of attacking players that have failed with us.
should of had a debut assist. awful from bergwijn that attempt, ball was bouncing but hes leaning right back.
Brighton are hard to beat so its even more impressive that we beat them, had control of the majority of the match and as you've said should have scored more goals.TBH, Kane, Berg & Sonny all spurned legit opportunities.....
Could have absolutely smashed them.
That’s what I thought last night. They’ve caused most teams a lot of problems , so it was a promising performance how we handled the gameBrighton are hard to beat so its even more impressive that we beat them, had control of the majority of the match and as you've said should have scored more goals.
