would make for a frighteningly good first Xi. 175m outlay with an additional 40-50m spent on a couple of squad players. Subtract 70-80m from sales and that's a net 150m window.
In reality, however, we are unlikely to be able to upgrade all the positions we want to. I would be happy if we got the first 3 from the above list. An additional attacking option may have to be a January or next summer signing.
