Carrasco our best wing-back target.. also the most expensive by far.

Carrasco is an interesting shout. I've never really heard of him being called a "wing back" or "full back" of any sort though. Is that really where he's been lining up for AM? I thought he was more of a LW that would move to LWB if they were chasing a goal or something. I watched maybe half a dozen AM games this past season but he didn't feature in all of them. Hell of a player though, no doubt...

There are a lot of top quality (without the fan fair) players on that list. Do not be dissatisfied and disappointed it is names you never expected. The top targets has other top clubs keen on them. We hang around too long waiting on selling club, we run the risk of loosing our back-ups.

I sincerely hope I am proved wrong about this boy.
At £10m I suppose it's a reasonable punt.
No doubt about his ability but doubt about his attitude.
At 10m, it is a no brainer. If there is one manager who will get his head in the right place, it’s Antonio. From what I have seen, he’s a good, respectful chap who comes across laid back. I am sure Conte will get him working when it matters.

He offers all the qualities Conte likes in his wing backs. Rapid, decent height, up and down the touch line and good on the ball. Plus English (which is important if we sell the likes of Winks).

If you're a wing or full back and don't want to play wing back in the Conte system, you don't really love football. The formation seems to put a premium on creative and dynamic wb play. If Spence can't figure out that this would be the biggest opportunity so far in his professional career, it'd be a total fail.

It’s good not to rush to judgement, but I think it’s a bit naive to think that everyone who is FOUND innocent is actually innocent.

Maybe it’s better in the UK but the justice system is a disaster over here in the US.
I did jury duty a few years ago, IIRC, all we were asked to judge was whether the prosecution proved beyond doubt that the person was guilty beyond reasonable doubt. If in any doubt, the verdict should be not guilty.

I realised just how hard it can be prove something in court beyond doubt. Also difficult to prove that you're innocent beyond doubt.

So if he's found not guilty doesn't mean he didn't do it, but equally doesn't mean that he has any way prove his innocence.

Should he be treated as a criminal even after winning the case?

When he wants to, he can. 6 goals in his last 9.

That’s the problem though, when he wants to. I saw someone say that apparently Richarlison’s agent is throwing his name around linking him to clubs, so maybe it’s not entirely true
