Every foreign link is met with positivity, because most only see the 8 minute video of goals and perfect touches and none of the bad.People seem to find the idea of being in for him amusing, I don't get it. He's tailed off a bit at City in recent years but is still scoring a whole bunch of goals, and for a couple of seasons was legitimately City's best performing player.
He's a very, very good footballer. The kind we lack imo.
Whereas when we’re linked to very good, but not perfect, Premier League players like Richarlison, Sterling, Jesus, JWP, etc etc people always pipe up that they aren’t good enough because they’ve actually seen them play and they aren’t scoring every 30 seconds like in a YouTube comp.
It’s ridiculous how many very good Premier League players people think we’re better then. Sterling now is the most egregious example, he’s going to be one of the top 10-12 most prolific goal scorers in PL history if he has a few more decent seasons. Of course he’d help us massively.
