Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

I am one of the few on here that thinks Dier trying to pick a pass is terrifying. Some people think he's got Toby-esque range but he VERY often miss hits it straight into the middle of the park and puts us under pressure.

Seldom does a game pass without Dier making a piss poor pass. We all know that no player is infallible from that, but Dier for some reason more than any other Spurs player makes my blood pressure rise when he has a ten yard pass to make under pressure.

He has clearly improved under Conte, but boy, oh boy sometimes his passing is nonsensical.

I’ve always liked Davies. Really good professional. I remember he started vs United and was getting a lot of shit for it, despite Reguilon also mostly playing terribly.

He’s obviously more suited to LCB nowadays but the shit he got was always odd .. good squad player.

Ditto.... Been a cracking signing and it's great to see a 'second summer' unfolding for him.

I keep saying it but I truly hope any new LCB that comes in is forced to earn their shot....... That spot should be Ben's to lose IMO.

His aggression was superb under Conte. Focused and smashed into some excellent challenges. Hugely underrated part of the modern game and a key reason why I wank over Romero

I said in Europe. Tanganga is club-trained and if we sold Winks and Tanganga and Whiteman is on loan then we would only have 3 players for the 4 club trained slots in Europe.

17 Non-HG
4 association trained - Forster, Sess, X, X
4 club trained - Kane, Skipp, Austin, X

Normal HG would go into assoc trained, not club trained

:tanguythumb:
Fair point, but with our current squad we would have 24 max (with one of Austin/ Whiteman going on loan as you say).

We could replace Tanganga and Winks with 2 non club trained HG players and it wouldn't make any difference to the max squad number, would stay at 24.

So in practical terms selling Tanganga and Winks and replacing with normal HG is fine, but you're right that it makes it harder to increase that to the maximum of 25.

The single biggest correlation for league position is on wages spent if I remember rightly, more so than transfer fees. But correlation doesn't necessarily prove causation of course.

Lukaku (£310,000)

The fuck agreed to this, no wonder they fired that woman.

So when do we fly to Korea? Tomorrow is it?

Do we still think 3 in?

Spence, Lenglet and another CB?

At least, maybe four....

still not sure why we have not gone after kilman

home grown left footed cb

maddison would be a good signing too
Wolves are sensing that they're on to something and doing well financially, so are in no need to sell to raise funds. Kilman is a fan favorite, home-grown and their best defender, and his contract expires in 2026. Nathan Ake, who's a regular sub at Man City, is said to cost £40-45m and Ben White cost £50m last season - so I can't see Kilman costing less than £45-50m+. If Wolves even would sell him.
