What a player he has become . And what a player he is going to be.
And we don’t have to pay for him till next summer.
Sweden don’t normally produce this sort of player, it’s obviously the Macedonian in him.
Ibra is of Bosnian descent also.

I just wonder how long he can keep this form up though.

I mean if he is consistent throughout the season for years he might turnout to be better than Salah in the near future.

Are you saying i should downplay my Swedish genes?

if he carries on hes got a chance. looked seriously world class today, ball sticks to him, beats men easily even without raw pace, weight of pass quality. absolute joy to watch.
I still think he's got pace. Not Mane or Son pace, but he's pretty quick. His height and style make him look slower than he really is. Technique alone wouldn't allow him to beat players to the ball the way he does.

You obviously never heard of the legend that is Lennart "Nacka" Skoglund!

But in modern times you are quite right. I'd say it's more about where he was brought up in Sweden though. Much like Zlatan he comes from one of the most infamous suburbs in Sweden, Zlatan from Rosengård in Malmö and Dejan from Spånga in Stockholm. There is another kind of street football being played in these places, which I guess predisposes the types of players that come out of it.

What's slightly funny about Dejan though is that he is actually raised in a "nice" area of Spånga while his accent in Swedish is telling that he probably went to school or mostly had friends in the not so nice parts.
His accent is what you can imagine the most ridiculous "Fam, bruv, fam"-London accent to sound like, but in Swedish.

Thinking about it, perhaps it's best you don't imagine it!

He just needs to start saying brors to everyone and he would sound like your standard Stockholm street kid.

A Spurs fan's reply to a claim by a Gooner fan that Saka is better than Kulusevski

"Kulusevski is a better player than Saka every day of the week - including Thursdays when Woolwich play."

Only the scum fans could compare two players who are nothing alike. They’ve nobody like kulusevski, especially a poor man’s Sterling. He’s nothing like our ginger from Sweden.

You've been exposed to it?

I'm afraid the prognosis is not looking good... You've got 3 years at most before you have regressed to the state of involuntary "Jalla, bror" and "Fattaru, mannen".

My condolences, godspeed.

Very early of course, but he could truly become our best ever signing. His level of play at 22 and speed of adaption just shows how clever a player he is. Which means, like Kane, as he ages and his physical gifts start to wane, he will still be able to continue his career. Kind of like how Rooney adapted towards the end of his career.

That touch to bring the ball down made me purr. Ronaldinho would have been proud.

Whilst he's a thick gobby prick, he at least supports Spurs...

Talksport this morning, Jamie O'Hara says we have the best front 3 in the league. Until Haaland proves himself, Kane is better. Son is better than Grealish and, here's the one, he says you could argue Deki is better than Foden.
They all laughed at him and gave him abuse but this one bugs me. Why is Foden SO highly rated? I just don't get it?
Last season he played 28 PL games, scored 9, assisted 5. Goal involvement average of a goal every other game.
Deki played 18 games. 5 goals, 8 assists. Goal involvement average of a goal every 1.3 games.

Round 1 - Deki.

Big chances created - Deki 6, Foden 11. Average over games played - 2.5 Foden, 3 Deki

Round 2 - Deki

Number of through balls played - 7 each. Based on games played...

Round 3 - Deki

Cross accuracy - Deki 28% - Foden - 27%

Round 4 - Deki

Let's take a look at defence

Tackles Deki 19 v Foden 16

Round 5 Deki

Tackle succes - Deki 68% Foden 50%

Round 6 Deki

To save time - if you gross up games to match, in every single defensive metric, Deki wins.

So tell me what I'm missing? Why was Gobby O'Hara laughed down at the mention of this when there's actual tangible evidence to prove he could be right.

The Foden thing drives me crazy. People talk about him like he's prime fucking Messi.
