Definitely agree.

Our left flank is set with Son, and with Perisic here now even more so. But we had a glaring hole on the right that Dejan has filled really well.

Luis Diaz was always an odd target for us considering where he and Son both play. He'd have been a nice signing though, exciting for the fans who adored the likes of Aaron Lennon, but I prefer Kulusevski in our set up. Add to that he's a lot younger and a better footballer in general.

Luis Diaz would have done better against Chelsea IMO. He's press resistant, which needed badly.

I said as much in the match thread.

Lucas and Gil would have fared better against that particular Chelsea set up. (Based on who was on the bench) because we needed ball carriers. So I wouldn't have been surprised that Diaz would have been better suited for us in that one particular game.
 
Some quite technically talented forwards for Palace but I think they need to try to retain possession a bit better. They keep trying little flicks and losing the ball which is pretty frustrating, especially when they've got a man advantage
 
THe fitness gap between the two teams is fucking silly.
