It's simple. If Conte goes, he'll go and succeed everywhere else he goes.
And we'll be shit. And probably get worse.
Players who can't control a ball and can't accurately pass a ball can't [;ay pretty football. That's not on Conte.
Sure, his style isn't all action etc but this shit is on the players we have had stinking the place up for years.
I said it under Mourinho. I said it under Nuno. And I said it when Conte arrived. They are capable of a short term improvement, but they can't sustain it.

Yes, we can massively improve. What needs to happen for that is for Conte to be backed in the next two windows (as he has stated categorically).

That is on Levy/Enic to do so. If he's backed, and we bring in the QUALITY players that we need in certain positions now, then I have no doubt he remains the right man for us.

So yes, I do think that, potentially, all looks well going forward, but that's dependant on the financial backing that Conte receives.

The recent injuries have had a big impact, and that's hardly Conte's fault.

No need to reply. I have already made my feelings very very clear on what I think about so called "fans" who want Conte out. I have no respect or time for that nonsensical opinion.


I can only hope that Conte is backed...if he's properly backed, then I see no-one more capable than him of moving us forward.

Liverpool played 3rd division team and needed penalty. There is a big difference. In the midfielder we don't have other options. Gill comes out in the 59 minute.

Son is technically terrible. He is losing every single ball. Bentancur is not a good holding midfielder. Kane so far, outside of his goals, which most are from penalty or so, are being terrible.

Richarlison and Kulu has been injured for quite some time, which also is a key to our s**** results. Bissouma is absolutely not.
We don't have a quality MF, that can build our game properly, to also been able to hold on to the ball when it's needed and it's solid in the defense. We badly need creative midfilder like Modric/Kroos/Xavi/Pirlo/etc type of player.

We cannot press high, cause we also don't have players, and most of our players are extremely slow.
Kane has lost all of his pace, and we can't play fast football either. Our defense is utter crap, so going with just 2 CB not going to work, will be worst, aka like with Nuno.
And again for how long you are watching football ??? Did Klopp or Guardiola changed their style/formation, when things didn't work out for them in the beginning? This is low IQ move, and everyone with more than 2 brain cells knows Conte won't do it.
Trying to knock him for this is actually pathetic.

We don't have good enough squad, that's it.

If Conte had any history of staying at a club for more than a few years, I’d trust that this is just growing pains in his project.

But I don’t trust that he’s going to stay and I don’t want to buy players that some other manager is going to get stuck with.

Contes managing history
Atalanta - Walked away after half a season with team in 19th
Sienna - Got promoted in 1 season and left
Juventus - Won 3 league titles in 3 seasons and left
Italy - Left after 2 years
Chelsea - Won league in year one, fired after year 2
Inter - Finished 2nd, then 1st, then left
Tottenham - 1 year in. Finished 4th.

He left 5 out of 6 jobs on his own accord and the only time he stayed 3 seasons was when he won 3 league titles.

Just can’t see him lasting and we can’t be unprepared when he walks away.
 
The reality is, we have terrible squad, and i said it in the summer. But "experts" on here were explaining me, how we will be great, how we beat this or that team, and with this and that player we will be beating everyone and will challenge for the title, with spending just over 100m. for once in a decade.
And when i said people are delusional and this shows how much they know of football, you were putting me X-s.

And yeah it turns out i was right.

We need 2 top CB, right quality WB, left quality Winger, that is very technical and can dribble pass opponents with ease. We also need top creative CM, to play the role of a playmaker. We also need a top new GK.
We also need to get rid of a lot of players and replace them.

This team is crying for a rebuild for quite some time.
People live in the past, both Kane and Son are past it. Most of our players are dreadful.

If we want even just top 4, we need to spend every summer/winter quite a lot. Otherwise good luck.

The whole new manager with a project manager b.c. is just that, a pile of horse ******.
Didn't people on here swear at Potter ???? And wanted him as a project manager. That ***** can't even get Chelsea to top 4 yet, and he had like 10x pricier team than us, and they spend HUGE money in the summer + they have a lot stronger team than US.

People that wants Conte gone are terrible fangirls that have no clue of football. Every team have bad moments.
Guardiola finished 3rd in his first season with City, and Klopp barely finished 4th. But he missed Top 4, when he comes to Liverpool at the middle of the season, Conte manages to get it with us.
The rest is history for Klopp and Pep.

More than this, Son have been like a 4th division player, with 99% of his matches losing every single ball and not do anything useful for the team. Kane is also a shadow of himself(he was for quite some time, even before Conte arrive), lost all of his pace(not that he ever has much) and outside of his penalty goals is not on very good level to be fair.

The rest of the squad bar Perisic and Kulu, and it's yet to see Richarlison and Bissouma are bang average.

It is managers job to make changes and adjust.

If Royal is not working, try Doherty. If nor Doherty or Royal is working - play Spence. If Royal, Doherty, Spence are not working, try Moura. If that is not working either, then time is to accept - we do not have players to use system that depends on creativity from fullback positions.

Then change something in the system.

But if you fucking stubbornly bang your head against the wall - it is full fucking retard approach and failure of coach. He is not doing his job and earning his money.

I think we should just agree that we agree on some things and not on others. I don't accept your girly temper tantrum meltdown on Conte's 'decision making' and I don't think you're in any position to judge. And no, he doesn't need to have a serious word with himself.

I DO however agree that Conte needs backing. If he isn't backed, then this is all on Levy/Enic, and I wouldn't blame him for walking away.

He try them out. Moura is not a WB, what is next, try Kane as WB or Son, h ?
He obviously doesn't like/rate Spence for whatever reason. He tried like 3-4 guys on that right wing already, and it's not working, we just don't have quality player in there, and everyone is going to be s*****, simple as that.
