Why should anyone invest in a manager who isn't getting the most out of what he has and could be off in a few months.
I don't know how much more you can get out of these players.

Because who else is there, he is an elite proven manager. He just had a clear system and is stubborn about it like Pep and Klopp. We don’t have the players to meet the requirements of that system so from that perspective is it Conte’s job to compromise or is it the clubs job to get the players. If we are a top club it’s the clubs job.
Even if he leaves and we buy 1-2 top CB’s then the next manager has a better squad to start with. I am tired of excuses this club has, either fix the team or sell and fuck off.
Lampard will be available in a few weeks. I’m sure his uncle Redknapp is still on good terms with Levy so could be a go-oer?
