Should Brighton, Brentford and Fulham be playing better football than us? Eddie Howe has done better, spending similar amounts. ENIC is the bigger issue but whatever happens Conte isnt the answer. Who goes behind in 11 out of 13 games? Concede 2 league goals or more in 7 out of 8 league games?

Nobody is the answer until we get new owners mate, honestly. Changing manager just gives the owners another wall to hide behind.

There’s blame to go around and certainly recruitment is part of that, but what the fuck is Conte doing. We’ve regressed from last year and he’s to blame for that even if we do need more players.

If we could only get rid of 1 then i'd want ENIC gone but how long will that take? Even if they decide to sell we could be talking months or even years. In the meantime we're watching this rancid football and falling down the table with a manager that doesnt really seem bothered about being here.

It would be a short-term boost at best (and I'm not convinced he's lost the dressing room at all - the squad just isn't good enough).

last year our important players were flying. Kane, Son, Kulu were the best front 3 in the league.

It's simply a bad fit at this point. Kulusevski and Bentancur injected energy into us last season and Kane had one of his best halves of a season ever last season to take us to top four. We rode a wave, had momentum and used it well.
Whereas right now, we have no momentum. Its stop start. We may win a game. Then we'll go and lose one. We'll go 1-0 down and then might come back to win, but then the following week, we go 1-0 down and then 2-0 down and lose. Zero consistency.
It's stale. It lacks energy. The players play with fear because they don't want to fuck up. You see it with Emerson, who isn't the best player but the confidence has been sapped out of him so much that he's missing easy passes. Sessegnon today, ball rolling under his foot. And countless others. Bissouma being coached out of his true potential. Son being played consistently despite being out of form. The injuries. Kane having to do it all himself. Lack of depth. Having insufficient full backs for the job needed.
There's a whole lot that needs addressing. However, we have a manager in charge who's a ruthless winner under a certain regime. Not a manager who's going to get the best out of a team and raise them up.
He and Levy should honestly part ways at this point. For his career and for us tbh. Something fresh MAY actually save our season. Hey, it might not, but surely its better than the current mismatch.

Any manager that can't get his team to play on more than 45 minutes of football in about 15 straight games deserves the boot

We're doomed if we continue under a Conte system with poor/mediocre fullbacks. He's stubborn, so won't alter the plan, meaning those positions simply need new signings.
