Anyone here with medical expertise who knows how long the recovery period is from such a surgery? Weeks? Months?

Poor sod, he’s had it really rough this season
Get well soon Antonio!
I have no clue whem it comes to medical stuff, however my guess would be a week or two at maximum. He's not a player after all.Anyone here with medical expertise who knows how long the recovery period is from such a surgery? Weeks? Months?
A quick google says stitches can be removed from 7 to 12 days.I have no clue whem it comes to medical stuff, however my guess would be a week or two at maximum. He's not a player after all.
Ah i I’d say he’ll be back on the touch line before the end of feb. Doesn’t seem like a man who’d enjoy ‘R&R’ prob be in regular phone contact sun Stellini and the lads within a weekNHS website:
It'll usually take around 2 weeks to return to your normal activities if you have a desk job, and longer if you have a more manual job.
After open surgery, you'll usually have to stay in hospital for 3 to 5 days, and your recovery time will be longer.
It can take around 3 to 4 weeks to return to your normal activities, and 6 to 8 weeks if you have a more manual job.
We're not gonna see him properly take training for a while, then
There's probably enough of a risk that he'd be in the directors box phoning down instructions to the bench rather than patrolling the touchline though.Conte isn't gonna miss Milan away in the CL, totally expect him to be back by then (14th of Feb)
A lot less than it would be if our medical team were overseeing it !Anyone here with medical expertise who knows how long the recovery period is from such a surgery? Weeks? Months?
Day surgery, 1 week and he'll be jumping about again.Anyone here with medical expertise who knows how long the recovery period is from such a surgery? Weeks? Months?
Will probably be done laparoscopically (key hole surgery ) so if no complications will be a day case - most patients are given a 2 week sick note - he will be feeling below par for a while - if complications such as blocked common bile duct or difficulty removing the gall bladder means they convert to open surgery discharge and recovery will be much longerAnyone here with medical expertise who knows how long the recovery period is from such a surgery?
