Maybe Levy tried to save some cash on Conte Medical insurance by getting our medical team to remove his Gall bladder!has he got some sort of post-op complications?
this season is unbelievable, a series of unlucky events one after another

Terrible recruitment.
But I don’t want to hear most of the people on here complain when they are frothing at the mouth about the fact it took too long to sign him. Fact is, he should never have been signed at all.
Still hope he tears it up and becomes a competent right back long term.
Part of me thinks Son's struggle is due to Perisic taking up some of his operating space
I hope he is okay but maybe you are right that it might work out that way. At the very least we will beat West Ham now with the assistant in place who seems to get more out of the players. He shouldn't have rushed back, and I'm glad he's resting. I do have a feeling this medical leave will then transition into gardening leave though, so a non-sacking sacking. He gets to keep his CV clean with no firing on it, and we get to plan properly for his replacement starting now.
Funnily enough, his being supported during convalescing might actually create a sense of obligation in him.
Not that he doesn’t have it now, of course. But it might strengthen it further.
indeed, despite not playing well we could really use that conte from earlier in tte season that was ready to kill tuchel
There's no basis to say Porro is a terrible signing.Terrible recruitment.

about 10-15 days from the day of surgery. He said he won't be back until fully fit. Any guesses how long ? 2 or 3 weeks?
And since he ignored his doctor and rushed back he probably has some complications.about 10-15 days from the day of surgery.
but if he has complications who knows
:contefacepalm2:
Well he hasn't really been given a chance has he? Played a grand total of EIGHTY minutes in his best position!
I wonder if there will soon be a joint statement from the club & Antonio stating that he's taking some time away from football to recover fully, wants to spend more time with his family, end of contract in a few months anyway, Stellini in charge until a replacement has been found, blah, blah, etc., etc.
Or he'll be back next weekend full of the joys of spring.
Anything's possible.
Maybe Stellini is the saviour of a project manager we've been waiting for all along
Just so I understand, have you already written off Porro?Terrible recruitment.

I've given Son plenty of time and excuses. Now I conclude he has lost whatever he had hopefully temporarily. I say whatever he had because I think most of it is in his head.Yet Son is quicker and has a higher up starting position.......... For Son not to be naturally occupying a higher phase of the pitch, logically, it must be by instruction.
Genuinely hopeless post.Terrible recruitment.

Bring Poch back as caretaker till the end of the season?
I'm sure Conti wont mind?
